Be a goal keeper!

As many people routinely do, I have also set some goals for this year. I remember sharing some health and fitness targets with a friend at the beginning of the year. As I did, my friend made me realise how unrealistic they were! My initial goals were either immeasurable, impossible or too ambitious. If I had entered this year with those goals in mind, I would probably have failed say… by week two into the year. But thankfully, I’ve changed my perspective and what I’d like to achieve this year by asking myself three simple questions: 1. Are my goals realistic? 2. Are my goals measurable? 3. Can I commit? I’m glad to say that entering the second quarter of this year, I am tracking just fine – so far, so good! How about you? Time to reassess? Be a goal keeper! Don’t give up! You’ve got it in you!
