My grocery list for the week ahead

Planning your meals in advance could be a little tedious but it means you can construct a concise shopping list and save time ‘browsing’ at the supermarket or grocery store. Even if you don’t always stick to what’s ‘planned’, you can visually see how much of each food group you’d consume during the week – so it might encourage you to cut back on the excess extras and increase the ย vegetable intake. Either way, planning out your meals would definitely help reduce the odds of asking, “What should I eat…?” each day! ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. The shopping list is a fab idea. I actually made an all-inclusive list of healthy foods and make sure I shop from that list every week – keeps me focused on good health ๐Ÿ™‚
